Our custom built entrance tunnel was a hidden behind a kabuki drop and was revealed to open the gala dinner. Four meters of high of local fresh flowers dispersed with hand cut and painted ultra saturate blue triangles decorated the front. Hundreds of feet of high reflect pink rope formed a another four meters long of tunnel.

The table changed throughout the night into various scenes with relevant content. We built greenery throughout the theatre to further enhance the sense that attendees were dining in beautiful New Zealand.

Our group was too large for the venues available for a gala dinner in Byron Bay so we had an enormous marquee brought in to the lawn at Elements at Byron. We wanted a very clean elegant room that paid homage to the stunning ocean and tropical environment. Minimalist table settings, clean white surrounds, pops of lush green foliage and a 20 meter screen to enhance the focus of the awards aspect.
